Tell us something.: I've been with Chiff and Fipple since shortly after I bought my first low D. I've learned loads from this community, and I intend to continue to learn and contribute. Many thanks to Dale and everyone who makes this site happen.

Heartsong,

welcome aboard from me, too. This is a fun place with a lot of interesting, and at times heated, debates. Also, you'll get a ton of good advice from experienced players.

(stepping through a time-hole in space)

Congratulations on a thousand posts! I've laughed, I've cried, I've been made to think, I've even joined a new political party!

Who would have thought all that time ago that the future President-for-life of the Galaxy was hiding in our C&F midst as a humble I R Trad whistler!

Also, hearty concratulations on deposing the evil dictator Blumenfeld, and exposing the mesmerising trick he pulled to get elected in the first place, he had most of us fooled I can tell you.

That's Blumenfeldt, you mint-sauce-eating reprobate. The People will be eternally grateful to me for locking your sort up.

:D

Oh, and welcome, Heartsong. Watch who you mingle with. ;)

Tell us something.: Good to be home, many changes here, but C&F is still my home! I think about the "old" bunch here and hold you all in the light, I am so lucky to have you all in my life!

I don't know if I agree that sitting at home in a chair by yourself (more often than not) typing and reading is considered being 'sociable'. I wish it was, though.
