Interest in re-releasing V. Broderick's Turoe Stone?
A friend of mine is in talks with "the powers that be" (including the composer, a publisher, etc.) about the possibility of re-releasing Galway flute player Vincent Broderick's "The Turoe Stone" cassette on CD. The cassette used to accompany the tune book of the same name, which is a collection of some of Vincent Broderick's most popular compositions.
The tune book is still available, published by Walton's, but the cassette has been out of print for several years. The cassette doesn't include all the tunes in the tune book, but covers most of them. It has 16 tracks, most of which are medleys. Some are introduced briefly by Broderick with entertaining stories about the title or the tune.
My friend has been asked to gauge how much interest there might be in the recording if it were re-released on CD. Please indicate your choice; we're just trying to get a rough sense of the level of interest.
We aren't taking orders, and your vote doesn't commit you to buying the CD, but please vote "yes" only if you realistically think you're likely to buy the CD.
This question is also being posted to the Wooden Flute list, and I'm also running it by John Sketon, who frequently teaches Broderick tunes to his flute students. Please do not repost anywhere else (e.g. IRTRAD). Thanks!

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps. - Location: Lefse country

Just an interesting sidenote: I went to Google and typed in Vincent Brodrick and came up with www.vincentbroderick.co.uk. It's the site of a photographer who does nude photography!
Cheers,
