How would you call them rivets that they use for bags? (I´m trying to find them on ebay)

I suppose you'd call them 'rivets'. Have a look here, similar offers on ebay.

Double cap rivets.
Length of stem will obviously depend on your thickness of leather etc.

"Leather rivets" takes me to "home arts and crafts" at US Ebay. Dunno about Ebay Europe.

In German you'd have to ask for "doppelt kalottierte Nieten", although I found that this expression seems to be obsolete.

Many thanks to all of you! Mick - this catalogue link (with many pictures of helpful tools) is priceless. In many cases I didn´t know that there is a tool for it at all!
