just wanted to let you know that we started preorders today for my band TRASNÚ's new album. It's called "One For The Road" and is to be officially released on April 13th at the Celtic Days in Hude (Germany). However the factory is dispatching the finished CDs next monday, so preorders will most certainly arrive a few days earlier.
If you want to have a sneak peek, check this link and head down for the audio players. The website's in german only unfortunately, but figuring out the players should be straightforward. The audio files are a bit old (from a premaster), new ones will be available as soon as I've got the actual CDs here...
The CD has three songs and seven tune sets, featuring flute, b/c box, banjo, tenor guitar, mandolin, guitar and bodhrán and some more compact instruments, for example a grand piano. Not too traddy, the songs are actually quite modernly arranged and Leaving of Liverpool got a whole new melody...but that's how we like it.
