- Tell us something.: I'm not new here. I have been registered here for many years. I am not a spammer, though being from Hawaii, I do enjoy eating spam. Now the site is requiring at least 100 characters in this box. It would have been nice to know that bit of information before I hit submit the first time!

I prefer beer, so this is my wife's vote: Coca-cola!

- Tell us something.: I've been playing whistle for a very long time, but never seem to get any better than I was about 10 years ago. I'm okay with that. :)

I live for Reed's Extra Ginger Brew. It has about an ounce of fresh ginger root per bottle! It goes really well with hummus and pita.

Ginger tea...peel ginger root,Bretton wrote:I live for Reed's Extra Ginger Brew. It has about an ounce of fresh ginger root per bottle!
slice into 4 cups of water,
boil down into concentrate,
strengthen your soda with this concentrate,
or make your own tea.
Hornsby's...that's stuff's deceiving,McHaffie wrote:If I have to choose carbonated beverage... Coke. Overall beverage... Hornsby's Draft Cider
I didn't even realize it was alcholic when I first tried it.
Experiment:
throw a handful of raisins
into a gallon of fresh squeezed apple cider,
leave for about 5-6 weeks (with right ventilation)
siphon off the clear stuff...
and you have apple-jack.
(it's a little more complicated than that, not much)

Yeah... what happens if you don't like Coke or Pepsi? Looks like I'm not the only one running into this problem.
Water. I like water a lot. I guess for a special treat the sparkling cidar or fruit juices in the glass bottles are fun. And I like Sangria (not sure if that's spelled right) which is a kind of carbonated grape flavored juice stuff. Oh, and A&W root beer. And regular fruit juice is nice. Sorry Kathy, don't do milk much here... aggravates the allergies. But over all, water is really good. (Sounds so... boring. Ah well.)

'I wish it need not have happend in my time,' said Frodo.
'So do I,' said Gandalf, 'and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.'
