I do feel better, thanks. Off the meds for hypertension, hyperlipidemia. It's also put type II diabetes well into remission. No meds for that either. If I lose another couple of lbs, I'll no longer be "obese." Just "overweight."

Might (like most fad diets) seem to for a while, but the only sensible option long term is a sustainable program of balanced diet and exercise (on which note, good luck to you both)...Works like a charm.
