I'm 80% of the man I used to be. I've lost 50 lbs since June.

Tell us something.: I'm a fiddler and, latterly, a fluter. I love the flute. I wish I'd always played it. I love the whistle as well. I'm blessed in having really lovely instruments for all of my musical interests.

I do feel better, thanks. Off the meds for hypertension, hyperlipidemia. It's also put type II diabetes well into remission. No meds for that either. If I lose another couple of lbs, I'll no longer be "obese." Just "overweight."

Works like a charm. I've dropped almost 60 since the beginning of July.

Might (like most fad diets) seem to for a while, but the only sensible option long term is a sustainable program of balanced diet and exercise (on which note, good luck to you both)...
