It's more "that_tsss" The old singer trick (used by old singers!) of modifying plosive voiceless stop consonants with fricatives or affricates (usually "s") to avoid breath-popping the microphone. Or extending liquid/nasal consonants to define them ("Billy Jean_sss, that's my girl"). Yep, sounds weird.

Céline also sings: "... my heart will go on_d and on".

He keeps them to himseff .. the b .. lichen .. he actually has a nice blonde there ... but she's in the kindling box!
