Isn't that all you can EVER do with an Englishman? On 2003-02-25 12:38, thurlowe wrote:

Edited to say: But I think this stuff is bunk! I'm just humouring an Englishman.

As stated by Martin, Leo (Virgo moon).
Aodhan, you're a Sagi (19/12 is not close enough to Capricorn to be a Cappie).
Walden - interestingly, I am very much into astrology for religious reasons! (Jewish background, every Rabbi will tell you the bible is based on astrology and it constitutes quite a bit in Kaballah teaching; for some reason Christians think astrology is not kosher [no pun intended] - assuming you are Christian of course).

Remember not to forget. Now, why am I here?

Well, there are as many Christian views on the matter as there are Jewish ones. The Rev. Dr. D. James Kennedy, a Presbyterian, preached an interesting sermon and published a book on his Christian interpretation of the Zodiac. However, a good many Christians see astrology as a Zoroastrian influence (just as many Jews believe certain Christian teachings to come from Zoroastrianism). On 2003-02-25 13:33, nickt wrote:

3/5/56 Pisces - junkyard of the cosmos!
Year of the Monkey - - what else?? Ha! A tragic-romantic artistic love monkey!
Had terrible stagefright for years but got over it and am now 100% ham, or maybe chimp (no diaper yet, thankfully).
And just to slightly deviate from topic (who, me???), I propose the following.
Another way to look at your life is to compare it to seasons. I have come to understand more and more that I am at autumn of my life and for some reason, the IRTRAD really suits my state of mind at this point in life (I have done lots of other musical styles).
As for astrology, I don't think its correct to argue against the stars determining your fate. My understanding or interpretation, is that they REFLECT your fate, as do tea leaves, whatever. In other words, the interpreter reads the stars as an indicator of everything else inter-related in the Universe.
Easy to discount for sure, but all of my girlfriends, wife, and most female friends etc have always been other water signs, Scorpio being the romantic while Cancer was the supportive friend. Don't know why, but its true and has always puzzled me.

Year of the Idiot
Performance desires- can live with or without it. Reasonably comfortable with it. Don't consider myself an attention grabber.
