Berea Celtic Festival - Berea, KY 8/20-8/22

The first year of what we hope will be many wonderful festivals to come in Kentucky's folk art & crafts capital. A ceili kicks things off Friday night; then the sessions, concerts, and mini-workshops continue through the weekend with Turlach Boylan, The Red Wellies, Tim & Stephanie Benson, Andi Hearn, Robert Tincher, Dan Cummins, Beverly Buchanan, Davey Mathias, Jeni Balcom, Vince Burns, and many others plus students and alums of the Riley School of Irish Music (Cincinnati) and Howard Carlberg teaching and calling the Kerry dance sets. Seriously fun traditional Irish music, affordable hotel rooms, beautiful scenery, and neat art and craft shopping, etc. for our non-music-obsessed companions.
