Tell us something.: I am interested in the uilleann pipes and their typical -and broader- use. I have been composing and arranging for the instrument lately. I enjoy unusual harmonic combinations on the pipes. I use the pipes to play music of other cultures.

As in this week? Come play Boxing Day with us in Lville! I can give you beer and fish and even a few bucks plus LOTS of musical craziness and a good reed-soaking.

Also ... We've got a get-together Thurs nite the 22nd in Lex. with Eilis Crean and a killer B/C box player and John S. and a singer but I'm not sure how much of their gig we get to invade. Then again, it could be a free-for-all (I suspect it will be if a piper shows up). I'm sure you'd be HUGELY welcome (prolly more so than me).

New Year's Eve there's going to be a lovely tune party in Cincy. PM me for details if you're interested.

And of course, you and me and Larry and anyone else you feel like meeting could get together, too. I'm about an hour and a half from Cincy.

Aw, c'mon! :-D
