WANTED: CD 50 Irish Whistle Solos Vinnie Kilduff

I'm desperately searching for the CD that went with 50 Irish Whistle Solos by Vinnie Kilduff. I bought the tape and book c.1990 and shortly afterwards my baby nephew got hold of the tape and unspooled it completely. I go it wound back it but it was never quite the same again. I did manage to digitise what survived in the 2000s but the tape was well worn by then. Is there anyone willing to sell/lend me a copy of cd original or otherwise please? I'd buy a new one in the shot if it was ever republished. I managed to get a better copy of the book a while back on ebay as mine was well battered by so far no tape or cd has ever shown up
