Book chapter - The structure of irish traditional music??

I have just unearthed a photocopy of part of a book "Chapter 3 The Structure of Irish Traditional Music". Can anyone tell me the book and author?

I guess the photocopy was made in the 1980s and the font used for the chapter title makes me think 1960s or 1970s for the book.

It's how we learnt things before the internet!

I guess I borrowed the book from the public library. With it was a chapter with a similar focus from AL Lloyd's 'Folk song in England'. One thing that they have in common is that they attempt to describe tunes in melodic terms.
