The seller suggests the Gallagher stock is maybe cherry. It'll be stained maple. Easily restained to look mostly new again if the owner wished.

Old set of uilleann pipes with one regulator - seller says they need work, including reeding.

The eBay post indicates "L Munro", but I'm not aware of any makers of that name.

May be they are pastoral pipes?

The new Hakim Din instruments are back on eBay US. ( from rehans_ltd).
Practice set with 4 keyed chanter

They appear to be selling a cheaper 3 keyed chanter with the newer style keywork (this is the cheapest version - I got one like this from Hakim Din and it worked quite well)

I have no idea, probably far less than I have now. If I find a good deal on eBay it never makes it onto the eBay thread - the B half set was a case in point, it was up less than 20 minutes before I saw and jumped on it.

As to the Hakim Din stuff - 2 practice sets, one I bought for the case, and the 3 key chanter in the last few months (and a Bagpipes Galore practice set that has a Hakim Din bellows) - all working ok and for less than £130 all in (cheapskate here).

My competition instrumentalist, Phil Westwell, is a 3D printing enthusiast who is doing his best to design and print his version of Uilleann pipes - I have a D chanter of his and a wide bore Bb chanter (the first one out in the wild), it plays up to 3rd octave Bb on a Pakistani D reed.
Phil playing Bach Organ Concerto in A minor BWV 593, 3rd movement on the "Star Wars" chanter (it got christened that at the Uilleann pipes day tionol last year.

There are international treaties that govern the playing of such instruments. Essentially, they are only allowed in coastal areas, close to shipping lanes, and in conditions of poor visibility.
