Anyone else going?!?

I can't make it this year - first year in many!! I have a film being shot at my property in Bobcaygeon, so I'm gonna miss everyone! Have a blast!!

Does the film involve not much dialogue but loads of grunting,moaning and close ups ?

@ Rory > Actually, pretty much. I had 20 (12 comedians, 8 crew) people there making a series of webisodes called "The Masculathon" produced and directed by the Levy Brothers. It was absolutely hilarious, can't wait to see the finished product!!

So, how did the weekend go??

How did the weekend go?...Well i think it's Tuesday now and I'm just starting to wake up!

I attended lessons with Ivan Goff. The advanced piping really focused on getting some basic ornamentation "just right". He really raised the bar for us and gave us good insights on how he approaches phrasing.

Ivan also gave a workshop on regulator playing which was a real treat. I only remember one or two times in the last 15 years that someone did that.

All of the concerts were held at the Tranzac Club this year. Great stuff from Mary Bergin and Alec Finn. The piping from both Ivan and Tiarnan was stellar. It was nice to have tune from a few of the "Live at Mona's" crew - Patrick O., Brain H. and Ivan.

And the sessions...damn...I still need more sleep!
