I have a half set I am thinking very seriously about finding a new home for. it was made in the early 80's. About 5 years ago I sent the chanter back to Dave for some clean up of the bore, and added the C and F natural and G# keys. It has a very good B Kohler chanter reed, about a year old, and two of the drone reeds work OK, the bass gets iffy after a bit. Very nice bag cover to boot. Black wood and brass, with stopper key for the chanter.

I only play this at session with the drones off,so I thought that someone with a practice set, looking to move up to a half set, might want to work a deal, using the practice set as part payment.

I otherwise am happily playing my Quinn 3/4 C set, and have no interest in concert pitch pipes

Contact me off list if you have any interest
