A great series of videos was uploaded this weekend celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Chris Langan Weekend in Toronto. Lots of piping as well as some other instruments and songs.

That's a great video, very interesting to learn more about him and all those pipers too!

I don't think I've seen this posted or mentioned yet.

Awhile ago Padraic Keane put up a few videos on FB of himself doing the D. Delaney recordings. More recently though he's added some to his YT channel.

The first one his him playing like J. Doran:

And the second, playing in the style of P Touhey:

I think his ability to capture the tone & characteristics of their playing is amazing. I'd love to see NPU add to their Ace & Deuce CD series with him.

Maybe you're in the know on something... I would buy it wherever it's released, I just figured NPU has the resources to make it happen. It was a long time between the Robbie Hannan cd in the series & Caoimhin's. I've heard they are working on a T. Reck collection, but I had some higher hopes for the "Master Pipers" series. Not to put them down, they do great work, I'm just always looking forward to the new releases as it's probably my main source for learning.
