An odd camera angle and not the greatest audio quality, but here's instrument maker (sometimes including Uilleann pipe chanters) Paddy Martin playing Pachelbel's Canon on Uilleann pipes, with guitar and fiddle accompaniment. I love Baroque music played on UP.

Saturday was International Uilleann Piping Day (unfortunately there were no events in my area).
So far I only see a few videos on Youtube related to this.

A brief snippet from the Northeast Tionol in East Durham, New York: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbnhH6kWmIw
A couple from Cloughmor Inn, Rostrevor, Co. Down:

A solo piper who doesn't disclose her name (but indicates she is a granddaughter of NPU co-founder Séamus MacMathúna), playing Rocky Road to Dublin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMZTq8pdj-c

I enjoyed it as well. Thanks for posting this.

Were there any difficulties with getting UP chanter and keyboard to harmonize well, considering intonation differences?

No, not really. With a well-tuned chanter, even in JT, the harmonic frictions are manageable, as long as you stick to the pipes-friendly keys.
