So I tried to Google Chicago Uilleann Pipers for someone who's looking for lessons. Google responded as follows:

Just what is it about Uilleann pipers in Chicago that would be inappropriate for a Google search? Enquiring minds want to know. I tried Boston Uilleann Pipers and didn't have a similar response. Must be something about Chicago pipers...

Works for me. You'd expect someone at the session.org would have pointed to this page as a starting point, even if it is not perhaps as current as you would like.
