‘Bagpiper’ Uilleann Pipe Case

A popular pipe case for highland pipers is the “Bagpiper” case, which is a quality simi-rigid case with great room and pocket space. They’ve just started offering an uilleann pipe case with Fred Morrison branding. I just acquired one and I really like it. The inside dimensions are 34”x10”x8”. I paid $259 for it and acquired it from Henderson Group Ltd. Here’s the link to the seller: https://www.hendersongroupltd.com/produ ... pipe-case/ (Note, I have no association with Henderson Group, but I use them because they always ship quickly).

It's got a good handle, shoulder straps, three outside pockets and two mesh inside pockets.

It’s long enough to accommodate most full sets if you remove the bass and tenor drone tops, unless you have a long bass regulator bar. Pictured below, you can see that the case has room for a Froment D set packed that way, but that the Rogge set in D (in boxwood) must also have the bass regulator bar removed in order to fit. Flat sets might need to be packed that way as well.

It’s now my favorite case. YMMV. :)

Cool looking case. I asked Bagpiper Case if they will offer it without the Fred Morrison Branding. The Highalnd pipe world is so weird with it's branding. Uilleann pipe cases aren't Air Jordan Sneakers.....
