International Uilleann Pipe Day Essex UK

Post by iain beag »

Is there any interest in holding an International Uilleann Pipe Day on 6th November in South East Essex?

I can arrange a venue - so far the local pipers who can attend are beginner to intermediate

I’d be happy to arrange the event /meeting if there is sufficient interest.

Being the first meeting, it would be just for the fun of playing rather than any other reason.

Purely a play and have a pint idea with all levels welcome.

I’d appreciate early replies as time is fairly short - so please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested or would like to attend. The proposed venue is a 5 minute walk from Prittlewell train station on the London Liverpool St. line.
