Many will have seen the recording (YouTube) of Catherine Ennis and her father Seamus playing Easter Snow together. Listening to the BBC Radio 4 program Last Word this afternoon, they gave a tribute/obituary on Catherine, and made me aware that she has died aged 65.
I do not wish to detract from the tributes paid in the thread on the death of Hans-Jorg, but the program above describes Catherine's life in music, which is of the same order as her fathers, and maybe of interest; and in it she describes meeting her father after that long separation, and playing with him. Her musical ability matches that of her father.
The program is broadcast each Friday at 4 pm, and Catherine's item is second to be described, and available on the BBC Radio 4 podcast, should it be of interest.

It's actually Catherine Ennis and Liam O'Flynn:

Re: Catherine Ennis, RIP
I stand corrected; thank you.
The item includes I think them playing the air together, though my reference to YouTube will be Liam O'Flynn. I did not check before referencing the attribution.
