it's now on it's 3rd (fully revised and updated edition, 2000)

Wilbert wrote a bit about recent plagiarism in the latest NPU magazine...did anyone see it? He said someone had been selling copies of his plans for constructing uilleann pipes. The sales were on the internet, he said, so best to check you're getting the real McCoy if buying on the internet.
His latest edition is very good as a guide, and quite nice to look at if you're a non-builder [like me].
