The dsecription said that the chanter stocks on the bags had different sized holes, hence the different windcaps.

it is easy , just put a bag under each arm and use your foot to pump the bellows . Some simple plumbing hardware will connect the two chanter tops , and off you go . You will be pumped like " arnie " in no time . Just like a home gym .
