Mary Bergin on TG4

Post by Brus »

I posted this in the youtube thread of the whistle forum, but this clip is of special interest to this forum.

It's a television program in which Mary Bergin coaches a whistle-playing actor so he's good enough for public performance.

Plenty of Mary speaking Irish herself.

All in Irish with English subtitles:

Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum viditur. (Anything is more impressive if you say it in Latin)

Go hiontach! Tá sé go deas Mac Dara a fheiceáil gan a bheidh ina "Thadhg Ó Dírean."
