Tell us something.: I have a few whistles now and am looking to learn more about which makers keep their tuning in the upper register. There is sooooo much to learn and each whistle I've tried is different. I am currently looking for an F whistle. I am also curious about the different shapes of whistle heads, like a squared off Goldie vs. a more rounded model, and the sound differences they produce.

I can't remember the last time I posted in a forum. This is a nice pace away from the current age of social media and The Algorithm.

Wow! I think the last time I used BBCode like this was Myspace in 2008.

Anywho, I am here because I really like my Overton whistle with a cork slide. Who makes cork slides these days? A question I will post in a real post when I figure this out.

Thank you, dear Test Forum, for letting me figuring this out in a safe space.
