L. Rowsome half set, recently refurbished by Joe Kennedy. Ebony, brass, and catalin mounts, single keyed chanter, new Kelleher bag, spruce/brass drone reeds, and new chanter reed. This is a truly spectacular chanter; Joe referred to it as fabulous, and one of the better chanters through his shop. Both the main stock & bellows are stamped Leo Rowsome, with the drone stopper “coin” dated 1971; this set was likely completed by Leon after his fathers passing. Also included are the original matching bag cover and wooden case if required. $4000 Canadian.
