WTB budget alto/low G whistle within EU

Budget: €50-70 including shipping. I mentioned EU because 24% VAT on top of shipping makes importing from elsewhere pretty cost-ineffective. However if you're ready to sell something for literal peanuts, outside of EU would probably work too.
I'm not looking for any specific model but I tend to like soft-blowing, relatively quiet, narrow bore whistles that reach the 2nd octave very easily. Being tunable is a plus but not necessary as long as it's in tune with itself.
Brands I'm interested in but I'm open to anything that fits the criteria mentioned above:
- Jerry Freeman (tweaked Generation style whistles)
- Becker (budget whistles made in the US. Does anyone in Europe have these?)
- Dixon (especially the plastic ones that aren't manufactured anymore but anything goes since my budget is low)
