Hi all -
I'm thinking of selling my Rod Cameron flute. It is grenadilla and silver, lined headjoint, made with ultra-cool Triebert style keys -- instead of having normal blocks, it basically has blocks of silver, which gives it an incredibly solid feel with perfect key action. It has a Rudall & Rose bore and was re-reamed by Chris Norman last year, using Cameron's original reamers, I believe the ones made from Chris' famous original. Rod Cameron keyed flutes come up once in a blue moon and I can't ever remember one for sale here.
It's $5500, which is what I have into it, and it's a world-class flute. A superb instrument for traditional music or classical. Pictures on request to buyers who are seriously interested. NYC area, if anyone's local.
thanks!
Robbie
