"The Raw Bar Collective" - Conal O'Grada

Thanks to Mich Neilsen in Copenhagen for making me aware of this. Since Conal hasn't been the most prolific of recording artistes, this must surely be of interest to some.
A live recording with Conal on flute, Dave Sheridan on fiddle and Benny McCarthy [ "Danu" ] on accordion. Good, lively stuff, and worthy of support.

Yes, This is very good. You could think you're in a pub listening to them in a session.

I downloaded from iTunes, listening to it now. If I close my eyes, it feels like I'm sitting near a great session!

HOLY CRAP!!! This is GREAT!

I downloaded direct from the Irish Trad Tunes site; worked a treat.

Did I mention I like the recording? ;-)

Seriously, it's brilliant. A mighty musical party. I can tell this is going to be one I wear out. Thanks so much, Kenny (and Mich)!!!!!

Just curious, Cathy - how are you going to "wear out" a downloaded recording ? :)
[ I know exactly what you mean, though . ]

Mighty Conal O'Grada! The miracle happened again!
Nice nice nice cd, I can only complain that is not a 2 or 3 cd set!
Lucky me, I can just play it again!

I WANT MOOORE!

moreover, Imho better have an original cd than a medium quality download!
worth ALL the cents/pences I spent!
Bought through the website and recived in couple of days!
Great!

PS.
Thanks Mick, Thanks Kenny, Thank you Conal!

Anyone know of a source for Mr. O'Grada's previous CD "Cnoc Bui"? ( I'm looking for the CD, not the mp3 download option.) None of the usual internet sources seem to have it in stock.

Thanks and best wishes.
