Engineered/milled rings pictures

Hi Guys
I am currently ordering a flute and in my head I would like bone/ivory foot and endcap and possibly same as domes on low c keys.. and also milled/ engineered silver rings
Just wondering would anyone have pictures of same to aid design

If you’re already working with a flute maker, an easy way to add interesting rings would be going with pattern wire. Jon of Cochran flutes did this on some of his flutes. https://www.riogrande.com/product/metal ... pe=Pattern

Most ivory will be a problem because there is a ban on its use. Flute makers are using faux ivory for rings and caps.

Casey Burns also has a Guilloché machine. I’m not sure if he’s using it for rings or end caps though. I was fortunate at the time I ordered my flute from Casey, that he allowed me to make my own rings. (I was a goldsmith) https://photos.app.goo.gl/PhcZ97wQDesJaJi77
