Great purchase and a wonderful read. Authoritative.
If you're building a flute library.. can also recommend:
1) Conal O'Grada: An Fheadóg Mhór (https://www.conalograda.com/store)
2) Fintan Vallely: https://imusic.ie/a-complete-guide-to-l ... ish-flute/
3) Grey Larsen: Essential Guide https://greylarsen.com/shop/product/the ... n-whistle/
For technique and understanding the effect and practical playing - the O'Grada book is, in my opinion, the best "tutor". But the combination of all is wonderful and inspiring reading and it's always useful for a subject to be approached with different ways of thinking.
Cheers
