Tell us something.: Ive played Irish Flute for a number of Years. Have played Sessions as well but not currently. I have also played Colonial American Flute in reenactment Groups. Started playing Clarinet in 1960 in School and later Community Bands. Also have played Bagpipes Solo as well as in Pipe Bands I played Drums in a Garage band in High School, probably my Instrument I played the best!

Does anyone have a copy of the Martin Mulvihill Tune Book " First Collection of traditional Irish Music" that I could purchase?

Collected by Martin Mulvihill. If you look at the ABC file, you'll see that some of them credit the composer (the C: field).

Thanks Kevin , didn't see that , as my display is straight to staff notation , and anyway i'm just awake , and on top of that i am working with a Mac .
it's a computer , jim , but not as we know it ..

and while we're at it , can someone point me to abcs' of Martin Mulhaire's tunes ?
iv'e just found the abcs' for his Carmel O'Mahoney reel , and have been trying it in D, on the flute , even up to the f sharp in the ozone layer..
