Tell us something.: You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free

Just another, equally beautifull one:

John Wynne and John McEvoy playing the jig "Strayaway Child" and the reel "Maids of Mt. Cisco".

Great playing!

I recorded this clip for my pupil Tom Scott on his piccolo, which he is selling on eBay, apparently, hence wanting a vid clip - N.B. nothing to do with me commercially! - He bought it, I helped him fix it up, he's selling it........ Anyway, I thought I might as well link it here. :P The vid makes me look like a little old man hunched over the piccolo! :( NOT flattering! I don't feel half as bad/old as I look!

Jem,

That sounded real nice. Don't know a lot about piccolos but that was a sweet sound there. I've learnt part of that tune, but haven't pushed past a mental block with it. I've been practicing with a cheap fife and a little bitty bamboo flute in the key of Eb.

Thanks for sharing.

Lovely stuff.
Thanks Davy.
Makes me want to lay down the whistles and pick up the flute.
