Ah, "pointer" punteiro in English is called "chanter".

So there are two chanters, in Do and Si Bemol? Can the roncos change to match the chanters?

"Dresses" in English are two things, the "bag cover" and the "cords".

Scottish pipes have cords, or as they're also called "cords & tassels", but the Spanish pipes have what I believe are called flecas, or "fringes" in English.

I'm not sure what you mean by "corked". Do you mean "stoppers"?
