USA, TEXAS, HOUSTON - TEACHER SOUGHT, SKYPE, GUITAR

Looking for someone that can breakdown tunes and record themselves playing the guitar part on video discussing strumming patterns, chords, etc. I am a flute/whistle player with a wife that plays guitar but we have a difficult time making sense of the chords/keys in use on these tunes. Examples would be Kalyana by Lunasa, The Dear Irish Boy by Kevin Crawford, The Crows of Killimer by Solas. Another would be the Rolling Wave by Folk Ragout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACc0R1_LB18. I can provide licensed copies of tunes/videos as needed. We can discuss terms that are agreeable to both parties.
