Something that I think of when looking at pictures like that, or gazing into
a crisp, clear winternight sky is that we really don't know if the creator
has "pulled the plug" and all of those lights have been extinguished. I'm
in sort of a morbid mood tonight I guess. :o

The way the Buddhists tell it, the universe was not created, it doesn't have a beginning and it will never end.

I like the Buddhists' story better. :wink:

I just watched the old "Omen" last night (per the request of the older Izzlets...where they get this fascination with old horror flicks is beyond me). The Anti-Christ came under a comet. I'm finding this particular picture a bit unnerving because of it. Don't post anymore like this, Denny.

I would have to caution you on "hitting Mars", perhaps smack one of the less violent gods.
