Those are the two people I can think of that have never changed their avatar. True? Anyone else?

Yep, Erik Tullberg made it for me. He tweaked.... a drawing a friend has made for us as a logo, besides which I have forgotten how to change it anyway :)

Cranberry?

No, wait a minute. I think he changed his avatar, but I can't remember what it was before.

Best wishes,
Jerry

Tell us something.: Long ago, I was told that I faked iTrad whistle work very well. I took that comment to heart. 20 years of private lessons - and many, many hours of rehearsal later - I certainly hope I have improved...

Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

I must withdraw. The first avatar I had was made for me by Zubivka of the acrobatic speech, and he is much missed; that avatar was a joyous thing, but not quite moi, alas. So, apologies to The Zoob in hand, I went on a search for images, found the one I now use, tweaked it a bit when I later realised the figure was more femaleish than I was comfortable with (you know, slenderise the hips here, shave off a breast there, that sort of thing), and it has remained since. I like it for some reason.

Wombat, are you sure? I thought you had a real wombat for an avatar. Because I seem to remember a human suddenly appearing and then I wondered if the human was you. I could be wrong though. I guess you ought to know!

Don't take this the wrong way but Dale, your current avatar looks too immature to be running this place. It makes me feel very insecure. Image It isn't just how young the kid looks, it's the look on his face. He doesn't look very responsible.

I don't know who that man was that you were when I first joined. He looked like a real grown up and I really thought it was you. He had a very authoritative look about him. I also liked the Pope.

I believe avatarology is an under appreciated art. I wish Stacey was still around. I loved her boob avatars. They made me smile even when I wasn't feeling happy.

I remember when you had no avatar.

I was pleased you finally put one up. It was nice to put a face with the name.

I had no idea you were a gray dog with an odd looking humanoid marionette. :D
