Autumn in Lincolnshire.

Post by dubhlinn »

I've been threatening to post some pictures of the autumnal shadings of North Lincolnshire and yesterday, the sunlight finally broke through.

So here you go. A very green and leaf strewn place.

Very nice pictures. I especially like the Boar. What’s his/her story?

We? You and dubh both live in that mansion? I was going to say that his estate was just lovely. It looks like there would be plenty of room for all of us there. I was wondering about the boar sculpture as well. The photos are just lovely as is the park.

What a bummer. All I get is an array of white square with red X's. I'm at work so maybe it has something to do with the company firewall... I'm sure the pics look great; will have to try again at home.

Ah yes, I just got the "Oops, you are treading where you're not supposed to tread" message from the company. The photo site must require cookies or something.

I would not go as far as to call them..modesty forbids....but it is nice to be able to point and click ..just in a moment..click clack..and then an image appears.A moment well spent..or not.

Just a moment that has passed...will still be there tomorrow...more moments.

I could get into this ye know...takes the mind away from whistling...and all its guiles.

Yes, until you decide to refer to him as the "Quiet Man" yet again...then I tend to think you'd like to be as far away from Dub as you can be

Wonderful pictures, Dub. No need to be humble; you took some really great shots! :) I'll have to make that one of the places I visit when I do finally get over there
