Tell us something.: I'm a fiddler and, latterly, a fluter. I love the flute. I wish I'd always played it. I love the whistle as well. I'm blessed in having really lovely instruments for all of my musical interests.

I think the intent was ¨uncrewed¨. In otherwords an Unmanned Underwater Vehicle. UUV.

It was indeed. But when I saw it, I first thought it was in reference to a new mode of propulsion, which excited me, but needless to say I was disappointed.

Conjugal images were an impossibility; still, I thought it was good for a laugh in the Pub.

Ah, but it worried me enough to cause me to consult the oracle :) When I queried Google, it suggested ´uncrewed´. Itch scratched.

I got a spam email this morning with the title:

An Urgent Appeal for freedom from our CEO

I figured it was from a group with an evil CEO, but it was a message from the CEO of some organization appealing on behalf of Afghans (the people, not the bed coverings).

Okay, here's one with the headline, "Prison break: Insane inmate escapes".

Only it's not breaking news, but a compilation of supposedly remarkable (insane) breakouts (escapes) in the past. Talk about clickbait ...

Not quite on topic, but it's certainly wrong - infuriatingly wrong!

Tell us something.: To add to the renaissance flute discussion that is under way. Well, the rest of this field is going to be taken up by a long sentence, which is this one, because a hundred characters are needed before it is accepted.

A mundane repair and probably just scotched, demonstrative of the level of ability to be expected from political leaders nowadays.

Well I don't get why the obviously wrong thing is infuriating. It's just wrong. The other thing that might be wrong I am happy with.

So I had intended not to comment.
