A stone of weight? Oh, a quick search tells me that a stone usually equals 14 pounds, but not always. Pounds and miles are customary, here, but not the stone.

Anyway, it seems there are good stones, and not so good stones. "Fast food" at McBurger, for instance, generally represents not so good stones.

Good progress continues. Lesley now has clothes and I have bought her a belt to hold her jeans up as they are rather too big! (And she was slim to start with!) There is a possibility that next week she may be able to join me in "our" flat - I shall not hold my breath, but will keep my fingers crossed! I know her too well!

No music today as our friends visited. It would have been too cold outside anyway! The reunion between Lesley and Patricia was wonderful. They have not spoken since before her transplant, although Patricia saw her immediately afterwards, still unconscious. They are such good friends, both dancers and both musicians.

So again today I can say the magic words "All is well with us".

Thank you.

If there's a "possibility" that she may soon join you at your flat, then I'd see that as a progressive sign, very good!

Really, this could be the beginning of things returning to normal for the two of you, and thank goodness for that.

She is here! She is asleep (of course!).

Lesley's bed was needed urgently and so she was discharged this afternoon into my care! I still can't believe it! She will still be going back each day for tests, treatment, physio, monitoring etc, but she is here! And, as I said, asleep! In "our" bed, with Bear (of course).

And strangely, this time I know I can cope. I need to slow her down, keep her to her routine, feed her - I can do all that. We will be fine.

She looks exhausted, but not fragile; not like she did before. We are winning.

I have my own love at home.  Must go and check on her!

Patrick - she is still making haikus, but about birds, the sea - her other loves! She is happy!

Join our party - the next one will be when we go home!

Congratulations!
It is nice to have your own space.
Glad to hear Lesley is doing well.
Roland, make sure you get enough rest yourself.

It's great to hear some good news today! :)

Ya'll both be careful and give yourselves time to heal up from all of this.

Warmest healing thoughts to you both!
