Not yet, only bits. And remember that our UK friends won't see it until tomorrow night (Monday), so be mindful of spoilers. :-)

Here's one clue: The bodhrán player is not the worst thing at the wedding.

Also, never trust anyone wearing metal underwear. That's almost always a bad sign.

Yeah, that episode bordered on deal-breaking for me. The deal being that stories must throw me a minimal number of happy bones. My daughter Olivia, who caught it on broadcast night (I watched on catch-up later,) warned me that I'd hate the episode.

You were already warned several episodes ago, Emm: "If you think this has a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention."

The flouting of the usual Hollywood conventions is what GoT does best, no happy bones. And I suspect that the fate of the story lies ultimately with the young people: Bran and Arya, Joffrey and Margery, and Daenerys. They are the future of each of their great houses. They are all bad-ass in their own ways. And once the wargs and walkers and dragons are all in play, the murderous politics of their elders will seem like yesterday's news.

Not that I'd know or care ... But apparently, said bodhránista was a cameo appearance by the drummer for the band Coldplay, slumming it in Westeros.

As a reader of the books, I can tell you that things are never "happy" in ASOIAF, just less sad than others.

Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

That looks far too comfortable. And she should be wearing a Daenerys wig!

Of course, you can have your very own if you're willing to wait a few weeks and take out a loan from the Iron Bank of Braavos.
