Do you mean the red hat formerly known as Izzy's but now definitely Éamon's? :D
May the joy of music be ever thine.

The term " Pushing your Luck" springs to mind...

Slan,

Loved and thought himself beloved,
From a glad kindness cannot take his eyes.

Drawers=pants, I take it? Good grief....I'll never get all this Brit lingo down
Yes, but remember "pants" means "knickers." In other word, "underpants."

A web search enlightens further...

"Red Hat" makes me think of the "Red Hat Society"

http://www.redhatsociety.com/

Izz, we DEFINITELY don't want to be linked with that!

After a bit of thought, I do have a red beret somewhere....but I rarely wear the thing. However, I do have red boots and I wear them constantly in the winter. Don't tell me that they have some ulterior meaning, other than that it's kinda strange to wear red boots all the time.

I think I'm way too young anyway

On another note...here's one of da boys. Éamon (looking rather raggamuffin-ish these days with his long hair and curls), Séamus, and Finbar. If you look closely, you can even see my bright pink toenails ;)

Just trying to make sure this stays my page....

Oh, and I forgot to point out the lovely shade of some rather loud teal color that my kitchen is. This to go with the green in the office (which also sports a fetching "Sponge Bob Motif" border). At some point, I'll take a picture of the magenta living room, and the orange hallway. :P

That face is just about the same as the one our eldest presented to folks aor the first couple of years... it was usually accompanied by a hiss, though we never found it to be related to anger or the like - through a couple of old ladies on the recieving end of it, by surprize, probably thought otherwise  ... just her way... and she is definitely a unique individual. LOL!

Actually my oldest did that at around age 2. Aim a camera at her and she'd say "I'm going to make THIS psile*" and she'd basically grimace at the camera.
*psile meant smile. psider meant spider. etc.

My granddaughter visited the zoo for the first time today- sigh- you can take the kid outta the farm, but you can't take the farm outta the kid- what's one of her favorite things? The plastic milk cow!!!! (she's never seen a cow milked in real life though her granddad use to have that chore as a kid. I guess it's in the genes.) click thumbnail to enlarge
