Poem on Hiss Quarterly

Post by Dale »

I have a poem on the latest Hiss Quarterly at http://www.hissquarterly.com .
It's not the easiest site to navigate. Go down the left column and find the poetry section and click on the heading and that should get you there.

Hope you enjoy it.

Love it!!!!! Those profane parakeets are the best!
"Let low-country intruder approach a cove
And eyes as gray as icicle fangs measure stranger
For size, honesty, and intent."

Dale, in that poem of his, wrote:Baboons escaped the zoo
and terrorized citizens--
Invading their homes,
drinking their liquor and
trying on their best clothes.

Nice work, Dale. :)

You're having too much fun, Dale! Congratulations on the poem.

The two dogs are lying under the table as I put in my C&F time this morning. I don't think I should let them read it...

No. All the pets are this close to the tipping point.
