Me, too, but I am still suffering from Post Count Deficiency Dysfunction Disorder (PCDDD).

This is worse than gym class.

I wonder if anyone has ever looked at their high post count and thought 'oh man I need to get a life...wait a minute, this is my life!'

I look at post count as being like the growth rings on trees...ancient, venerable trees.... trees twisted into strange shapes by the harsh winds of experience...oh and did I say ancient?

I am reminded of Chuang-tzu and his story of the tree that grew straight and strong. Such a useful tree was quickly chopped down and cut up for men's various purposes (I'm paraphrasing rabidly). Then he pointed to an ancient tree, bent, twisted, totally gnarly, man, well, no he didn't quite say that, but anyways, he pointed to this ratty old tree that no-one had any use for except the birds and small animals that made it their home and suggested there was much to be learned from such a tree. I try to keep my posts like that gnarled old tree - totally useless to anyone, yet they seem to live on and on. :D
