My advice is to to to http://www.concertina.net and read everything you see there, before making a decision. YOu may even find something to buy there.
On the Internet, nobody knows you're a dog!

That's a fantastic site. It is quite comprehensive. I used the information there to make my decision when I ordered mine. They have a forum like this one where you can ask questions and interact. My advice is to to to http://www.concertina.net and read everything you see there, before making a decision. YOu may even find something to buy there.

I have a small collection of the Schylling style accordions, which have been solid under different brand names, perhaps most famously "Hero." Wendy Morrison has a lot of stuff on the hmtrad.com website, including a piece by yours truly. With one set of reeds disabled, it's actually a lovely sounding little instrument.

Found it after having a look around. The person I bought it from already took your advice and followed your instructions well, It's as dry as can be and sounds great. I ordered the 1st of the 2 instruction books.
