Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm a working artist, but qualified in Graphic Design & Illustration instead of Fine Art, which means that I never got the proper training in pontification, verbalisation and general heavy-headedness. Have a look at my website (http://www.kgbaron.co.uk). You will find that my work explores the relationship between new class identities and life as perfomance. With influences as diverse as Blake and Roy Lichtenstein, new combinations are created from both explicit and implicit meanings. Ever since I was a student I have been fascinated by the theoretical limits of the human condition. What starts out as vision soon becomes corrupted into a cacophony of temptation, leaving only a sense of decadence and the chance of a new synthesis. As shifting impressions become transformed through boundaried and diverse practice, the viewer is left with an insight into the inaccuracies of our future.

How funny. My influences really do include Blake and Roy Lichtenstein, though in very different ways. So we must be kindred spirits. Praise the bollocks! :P

Tell us something.: I need help transcribing whistle music! My 'by ear' listening and playing isn't all that good. I hope I can find that help here.
