Avatar Commentary
As you know, when a user changes his avatar, it changes on all posts, even the ones he or she posted long ago. So, this can create some interesting experiences when people post commentary about their own or other members' avatars. A few days ago, I used a photo of Brittney Spears. Someone commented on liking my avatar's "hips" and "dye-job." Now, I've switched to an entirely abstract image. New readers must step into and find it all awfully confusing.
Oh, well.
Oh, well.

It seems to be an interpretation on "Ojo de Dios" the Eye of God.

Everybody has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure I can see an image of either early Cheech Marin or V.S. Ramachandran in an WW1 aviator's helmet. (Jesus wouldn't be wearing an aviator's helmet, would he?)DaleWisely wrote:It's nothing. It's just a thing. Entirely abstract.cskinner wrote:What *is* the new avatar, Dale?

C'mon, Loren. You finally figured out how to post one. You know you can go as large as 100x100 pixels if you know how to do that.Fine, after all these years, you guys have finally shamed me into uploading an avatar (and revealing my true identity). Hope you're happy with yourself, Dale.
Darwin, I keep seeing Tom Bombadil in your avatar.
Here's me in the 7th grade. (That could be a weird comment when I change the avatar down the road.)

http://tinwhistletunes.com/clipssnip/newspage.htm Officially, the government uses the term “flap,” describing it as “a condition, a situation or a state of being, of a group of persons, characterized by an advanced degree of confusion that has not quite reached panic proportions.”

Wouldn't have a clue how to resize the avatar, forgot to throw that manual in the space ship when I blasted off.
