Good news; any C&F'ers in Little Rock, Arkansas area?
My wife and I will be moving to the Little Rock area for my new job; I was wondering if there are any C&F folks there? If so we'd love to meet you.

Well, no...but we did manage to get a lively little weekly session going in Texarkana, which is even worse...so who knows?RonKiley wrote:Congratulations on the new job. I hope all goes great. I have only been to LR once and it did not look like the bastion of Irish music.

I have read that there is already at least one established session going there. Also there is an active filk community there; we already know some of those folks from interactions online.
And there are mountains. Having grown up in the flats, I love the moutains!
My thanks to all for the kind thoughts, prayers, and words of encouragement during the last 2 months. They helped; or, more precisely, perhaps, you helped.
