Yup, as the title asks, anyone out there got a good tip on how to move the head joint on a Generation?
(It’s a cheapo/straight from the factory one, btw, not a lovely Freeman one (where the head is already freed up).

The search function will lead you to posts suggesting anything from hot, but not boiling, water to loosen the glue to 'throwing' your whistle into one a tone lower to loosen the head.
The C tends to be tighter than the rest of the range and needs a bit of extra care to avoid cracking the head.
A bit of vaseline before putting the head back may help keeping the head moving for future re-tunes.
