Agreed on Sailor's Wife being the tune. One of my Irish-music-nerd friends is also a Firefly fan and pointed this out to me last year.
Once, playing with the band, we got a request to sing "The Man They Call Jayne". We didn't know it, but maybe I can convince the head guy to pair it with "The Sailor's Wife" for a Firefly set...
